Hello! 

I picked up photography as a hobby in college and learned quickly that my favorite part was making people smile. I love seeing their eyes light up when they catch a glimpse of their photo, shattering their preconceptions and self-doubt. 

Born in Iran and raised in Virginia, I've always appreciated the diversity of culture, history, and cuisine. My love of travel (and let's be real, all the food) feeds directly into my love of meeting new people, seeing new places, and learning new things! This love led me to a career in peacebuilding, which has given me the unbelievable opportunity to engage with people all over the world in making it a safer and more stable place to live. While building peace is my 9 to 5, photography is my passion and something I look forward to sharing with you!
